1. General Provisions
Entering and participating in VR games means you agree to these rules.
The club administration reserves the right to refuse service in case of rule violations or aggressive behavior.
Age restriction: from 8 years old. Guests under the age of 14 are only allowed with adult supervision.

2. Safety
All visitors must complete a safety briefing before the session begins.
Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
If you experience any signs of discomfort (dizziness, nausea, fear, etc.), please notify a staff member immediately.
Maintain a safe distance from other players and equipment.
Do not touch wires, sensors, projectors, or other equipment without permission.

3. Responsibility
Customers may be charged for damage to equipment caused by negligence or improper use.
The club is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
Games with high physical activity (e.g., combat or intense movement) require basic physical readiness.

4. Conduct
Please respect other guests and staff.
Shouting, pushing, disruptive behavior, or the use of offensive language is strictly prohibited.
Failure to follow these rules may result in temporary or permanent denial of access to the club.

5. Photo and Video
Photo and video recording is allowed only if it does not disturb other guests.
We may take photos or videos inside the club — with your consent, such materials may be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform a staff member.

6. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made online or by phone.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrival may result in reduced play time.
In case of no-show without notice at least 2 hours in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.
