On weekdays, there’s usually availability to play at any time. However, on weekends, slots are often fully booked 1–2 weeks in advance. That’s why we highly recommend booking ahead to reserve your preferred time for the game.

Yes, we require a prepayment of 20% of the total amount to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will fully refund your prepayment.
If the cancellation is made later, the prepayment is non-refundable but will remain on your account as a deposit for your next visit.

If you rent the entire arena, no other guests will be present — your group will have exclusive access for the booked time. No one will interrupt your experience.
However, if you pay per headset, other guests may be present in the same session.
BUT! Each guest has a dedicated 2x2 meter play zone, so you won’t interfere with each other. Everyone will have their own space, VR headset, and individual game.

Yes, absolutely! You can change and try as many games as you like.
