The following conditions apply to requests for cancellation or changes to the date of previously reserved events.
Event CancellationIn case of a cancellation request by the client, the following rules apply:
- Requests made more than 30 days before the event date: a refund of 90% of the amount paid will be issued.
- Requests made between 15 and 30 days before the event date: a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued.
- Requests made less than 15 days before the event date: no refund will be issued.
In this situation, the company may, at its discretion and subject to availability, offer the client the possibility to
reschedule the event to another date.
Event Date ChangeRequests to change the event date may be made subject to availability and under the following conditions:
- A date change is allowed if requested at least 5 days before the originally scheduled event date.
- Requests made less than 5 days before the event date cannot be accommodated.
