1. The discount is available for a birthday celebration booking (game session or party package) if the birthday person is present at the event.
2. A valid document confirming the date of birth (passport, ID card, or birth certificate) must be shown to receive the discount.
3. The discount is valid during the 7 calendar days before and after the celebrant's birthday (inclusive).
4. The discount applies only to the base price of gaming sessions and birthday packages. Additional services (e.g., catering, decorations, photography) are charged separately.
5. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
6. Standard booking and cancellation policies apply, as listed on the official VR ARENA website.
7. The organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
